Bloggedy Blog

Okay so there have been some pretty heavy theological questions posted here lately and while I don’t mind posting them and talking about them (I really enjoy making my brain think about deeper things even if or perhaps especially if it makes emotions bubble to the top) there was a time when I posted with greater frequency.  Facebook has eaten some of the stuff I used to post here.

You guys read this (God knows why, and I mean that as it stands, only he knows why everyone reading this is reading this) and so I’m taking a bit of a poll.  Would you like to see more content?  What sort of content would you like to see?

What content would you like to see?

I'll give that a shot. I considered using that in the past but that was in the Movable Type days.
  • I like all of the above. Also add stuff about Gummi Bears.
  • spiritualtramp
Gummi bears. I'll keep that in mind.
  • I agree all of the above is best, no cop out. I just like variety. It's good to have a lot to say about many different things. That's my opinion anyhow:)

    Thanks Janet!

  • Mission: Failed. No e-mail.

Of course I haven't been getting email notifications when any of you comment. WordPress fail?
  • And the box keeps getting smaller and smaller.
  • spiritualtramp
    And smaller.

Hey Bob, I'll see if WP has a setting that can accomadate. So far I'm happier with WP than MT in that regard.

    all of the above
  • The comment dialog is often difficult for me Scott because your blog does not have an email facility for subsequent comments.. so a lot of times I forget to come back for a few days and then your readers are on to newer posts.. and I really don't do RSS for comments.. I already have too many RSS feeds :)
  • Despite our sometimes pointed back and forth, the heavy theology stuff gets me thinking too. Just usually the other direction. Still, it's probably the most thoughtful material, not to say the other stuff is crap. You know what I mean.

Life stuff, sure! Is this life stuff like your family, what happened ont he way to work, etc.? Or life stuff like: Why is there war? and so on?

Reviews... I'd read movie/tv/music/book reviews. Whatever you got. Bring it.

Hey Dave, as long as I make you think that's all the counts. I'm not gonna fool myself into thinking that I'll change anyone's mind on theology/philosophy.

As far as life stuff goes, I was thinking more along the lines of personal stuff, but also cultural stuff I suppose. Commentary on life unrelated to theology.
