Well it is indeed my birthday.  I had great birthday lasagna last night as well as a most awesome confection that was basically ice cream sandwiches layered in a loaf pan with caramel and whipped cream:

Leigh and I will celebrate tonight by going forth and playing pool/having a date.  If it’s your birthday too yeah then sing along with me.  If not, well sing anyway.  More substantive blog posts to come.
