This little gem:

is basically the Jello No Bake Cheesecake of home brewing: According to Fermentarium’s review: The Big and Easy Bottle Brew, and they know their brew, this turned out pretty good. You basically drop a yeast capsule into the already made wort and let it sit for a couple of weeks. Six to eight bucks and there you are, “homebrew”.
It comes in three styles; cerveza,pilsner, and red lager. I may just seek this out and give it my own review. In the meantime, go read his. Well, back to training.
