    Hello Scott,
I, too, disagree with the notion that internet social networks are harmful. The reason given was that they interfere with ‘real’ social interactions. I would call this the “extrovert’s fallacy” (which, according to Google, hasn’t been coined yet!). It’s the notion that face-to-face socializing is the only legitimate form of socializing.
Really, it’s simply their preferred way of socializing. This is because extroverts are energized by other people. Being face to face makes them feel good. Introverts, on the other hand, are drained by other people. Putting a GUI in between them and their social networks enables them to sustain social activity longer and with more people. It improves their social health. It gives them the ability to control the amount of exposure to others and the timing.
Now, granted a small minority will take this to an extreme and use internet socializing exclusively. But most introverts simply use the internet to enhance their face-to-face socializing, not replace it. As you pointed out, sometimes (and in your case often) an internet meeting results in face-to-face meetings. That’s the case for you and I, Scott. I doubt our circles would ever have crossed without the net. I’m glad that we have, though.
You brought up a couple of good points that I hadn’t consider in the past. The unavailability of people with similar interests in one’s physical proximity is a great one.
By the way, I love your outro.

Looks like you just coined it! I love new phrases!!
And see our paths crossing is the perfect example. While you and I might have met some other way by accident there’s almost no chance we would have become friends.
The “nausea/headache/conversation” bit, the whole thing, what particularly? Yeah I’m pretty proud.

The nausea/headache/conversation bit. It’s even better than your “if you are an adult and find those things objectionable…” into to Archangel. The music choice is excellent as well.

Yeah I ditched that intro in the Legio intro cause I felt like it was a bit too long. It may not be gone forever though.
I love that song. The whole thing is great.
Speaking of music, I can haz more of yours for Legion? I need a 4-5 second “sting” to use in a chapter break and some mood music. If you have the time/ability. If not it’s to podsafe music I go.
