    I have it—I own it; if Neil Gaiman’s involved, I’m in, although I didn’t like the ovie “Stardust”. Maybe the book was better, but I was put off, and I hated to see Claire Danes wasted like that

    I really enjoyed the movie. I haven’t read much of Gaiman’s stuff outside of this and the Sandman graphic novels. I love the fact that the notion of giving away your stuff and people paying for it is catching on.

    I love the (apparent) trend of authors allowing some of their books to be distributed free online. Baen publishing has been doing it for years with (as far as they are concerned) great success as a marketing tool.
