    What hurt me in the coffee dept is I no longer drink over a pot a day. I cut back to 2-3 cups (of course these are really big cups) and am now sleeping 3-4 hours a night (not necessarily in a row).
    Not sure what I missed in the smartass dept.

    I sleep a LOT, but it’s in the middle of the day, and my one pot plus a few is usually always at night. My movie watching has waned, but that’s simply because of time constraints. Hopefully, I’ll fix that.
