Not enough inspiration for one central topic so take this tossed salad.

Got some good news on the job front. It will make our financial health-o-meter go up a bit starting in April. Same job, but that’s okay.
Our family is physically mostly healthy. Considering the evilness that we dealt with over the last couple of weeks, a few sniffles ain’t bad.
I’m in a pretty good place spiritually. I’m considering cracking Celebration of Discipline to give it a shot in the arm. Food for bloggage too.
I got a negative answer from the friend with a recording studio, but he said he’d help get set up to do some podcasting from home. I’ll be interested to see what he comes up with. I’m not at all upset though a bit disappointed. But I think I can produce quality stuff from home with the new Dell I’m getting. So the Podcast is still on the horizon.
I’m a bit sad that Studio 60 is in the tank. I really enjoyed it. And it was something good to watch after Heroes. Maybe The Black Donnellys will be good. I’ll give it a look.
I’ve got to get the second music review for HJ.com written. Strike while the iron is hot and all that. Tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow.
I really, REALLY need to get novel draft 2.0 ramped up, especially if I decide to podcast it. Where’s that discipline I had in November?

I didn’t watch the Oscars but I gotta say I’m glad that The Departed won. You need to rent this bad boy. It deserved every gold statue that it got.
I just heard a great sermon on Sunday on Ezra 10 where Ben focused on worldliness, materialism and how it can creep up on you. I’ll post a link to it when it’s up.
