Parenting Behind the Scenes - digg this

I'll be participating in Building Camelot's Parenting Behind the Scenes project. What is it? I'll let Tyler explain.

All you have to do is keep taking pictures like you normally would but keep and eye out for some of the other things in your life that happen because our your kids. Photograph those little things and post them to your blog! It’s that simple! When you start looking around for things to photograph you’ll soon realize that there are so many things in your life that you don’t want to forget. I want you to share them through this project!

When you post some photos that relate to this project, link back to me (Building Camelot) or to this post so I can keep up with who all is taking part in the project. That way I’ll be able to keep up with everyone and include links back to your site so others can see and enjoy all the great pictures you guys take.

Thanks to our kids our house is full of art supplies. Getting K2 to draw is a bit of a challenge, but K1 & K3 love it and I really think K1 has some talent.

We home school our two oldest (K1 and K2) and Leigh has set up this little corner in our dining room, which serves as the classroom. The only thing it's missing is a big analog clock.

Total Number of Comments: 9

Scott: Great pictures! I love the little classroom and I was beginning to wonder where the old school clock was. You guys even have a real school desk! That's pretty sweet.

Thank you being a part of the project! I love being able to glimpse inside the life of other parents. It's amazing how we all have different lives with kids but we love them all the same.

Oh - and I love the word "embiggen" That's classic!

Thanks Tyler! I love the idea.

Nice ones! I really like the look of the home school, looks like a lot of good learning happens there!

Ooh, how nice. Wish I could homeschool.

Love the collection or art supplies, looks like our massive collection.

Great job! Thanks for sharing, it's so nice to see how similiar and different we all are as parents.

Hi Treemama!

"looks like our massive collection"

Just the tip of the proverbial iceberg...

Cool idea, maybe I'll see what I can get from my house.

BTW - There's something wonky going on with your site from here. I'm at work (killing time before church) and using Maxthon (based on IE, IE6 in this case) and the text of the post isn't appearing reliable. If I scroll the text off page and back, most of it will appear, but not all.

Looks fine in Firefox 2, but I don't like Firfox. :-P

Weird. I know there's some code in my CSS that makes IE work a little differently.

Anyway, thanks and I hope you participate!
