Rob, his future bride Emily, and their friend Nick left behind their lives in the corporate world to start a really cool site called Foodzie.com. What is Foodzie? Well if you watch Foodzie on Somewhat Frank you'll know, but in a nutshell it's a website that lets smaller food producers have a more effective web presence. If you need to find stuff that's gluten free or are just looking for REALLY good artisinal chocolate this will be the place to go.
What makes the Foodzie story a little cooler is the fact that they were chosen by Techstars, a Colorado based non-profit who mentors web start ups, to go out to Denver and participate in a sort of boot camp. If you have a really great idea for a start up you should check it out. Competition is fierce but there are a lot of benefits if you're chosen. Anyway, check out the video and check out foodzie.com
