- digg this

cinnamon.jpg

This is Cinnamon. Someone dumped her on the side of the road (PEOPLE SUCK). We are "fostering" her. What this no doubt means is provided there is no microchip we'll have a new dog. Current animalia count:

Chickens - 5
Cats - 1
Dogs - 4 (including my mother in law's who we're keeping for a few weeks)
Hermit Crab - 1
Human beings - 5

By the way, you've been tagged. Eight things that folks don't know about you.

I did not know you had chickens. I love chickens. We had some for a while a few years ago. They were great.

After Hurricane Floyd flooded the yard and cut our power, Sarah and I made a makeshift grill from some bricks outside and we heated up some soup. She snapped a photo of me sitting in a rickity chair surrounded by chickens and in front of the homemade grill and soup can with the yard filled with debris. I called the photo "Y2K"

Blessings to you Scott for receiving another heart into your home.

I love our chickens too. We got our second egg today! Also since our daughter bought a leash/collar for Cin, looks like she's hear to stay.

What an awesome brindle coat. People do suck!
